摘　　要：1.保留左结肠动脉,保证近端乙状结肠血供;2.保护神经及输尿管;3.保证肿瘤远端切缘;4.吻合口加固降低吻合口漏;5.术中避免损伤阴道壁及膀胱;6.术中合理使用超声刀、电刀等能量器械最大可能减少对神经的干扰。1.The left colic artery was preserved to ensure the blood supply of the proximal sigmoid.2.Protect nerves and ureters;3.Ensure the distal resection margin of the tumor;4.Anastomotic reinforcement reduces anastomotic fistula;5.Avoid damage to the vaginal wall and bladder during the operation;6.Reasonable use of energy instruments such as ultrasonic knives and electrosurgical knives during the operation may minimize the interference on nerves.
