摘  要:互花米草功能性状能够表征其对环境的适应策略。本研究在黄河三角洲调查了互花米草密度、株高、生物量和繁殖能力等特征。结果表明:五号桩互花米草密度、根冠比和生物量均高于其他采样点,种子产量显著低于其他采样点(P<0.05);互花米草入侵年限较短的一千二站和大汶流站互花米草的结穗密度和结穗率显著高于其他站点(P<0.05);互花米草成体密度、地上和地下生物量分别与土壤电导率(EC)及土壤总氮(TN)含量呈显著正相关(P<0.05),表明互花米草群落及个体生长受土壤水盐及养分条件制约。不同采样点的互花米草群落功能性状主要受入侵年限影响,入侵早期阶段治理更为有利,同时应考虑土壤环境因素、互花米草有性和无性繁殖状态。研究结果可为滨海湿地入侵植物互花米草的有效控制及管理提供参考。The functional traits of Spartina alterniflora characterize its adaptation strategies to the environment.In this study,we investigated the density,plant height,biomass and reproductive capacity of S.alterniflora in the Yellow River Delta.The results showed that:the density,root-shoot ratio and biomass of Wuhaozhuang were higher than those of the other sampling sites,while seed yield was significantly lower than those of the other sampling sites(P<0.05).The spike density and spike rate of S.alterniflora at Yiqian'er station and Dawenliu station were significantly higher than those at the other sampling sites,but the seed yield was significantly lower than those at the other sampling sites(P<0.05).The adult density,aboveground and belowground biomass of S.alterniflora were significantly positively correlated with soil electrical conductivity(EC) and total nitrogen(TN) content respectively(P <0.05),indicating that the community and individual growth of S.alterniflora were restricted by soil water,salt and nutrient conditions.The functional traits of S.alterniflora communities at different sampling sites were mainly affected by the number of invasion years,and management at the early stage of invasion was more beneficial.Meanwhile,soil environmental factors and sexual and asexual reproduction status of S.alterniflora should be taken into account.Our results provide a basis for the effective control and management of S.alterniflora in coastal wetlands.
