摘　　要：习近平总书记关于培养时代新人的重要论述是内涵丰富、逻辑缜密的思想体系,继承和发展了马克思恩格斯的共产主义新人思想、列宁的社会主义新人思想以及历代中国共产党人关于“新人”培育的思想精髓,赋予了新的时代内涵和根本要求,具有坚实的理论基础和实践支撑。其本质特征体现在“何为时代新人的内涵和标准”问题上,坚持了连续性与阶段性的辩证统一;在“时代新人为谁服务”问题上,坚持了主体性与社会性的有机结合;在“以何视野培养时代新人”问题上,坚持了民族性与世界性的彼此含融;在“以何方法培养时代新人”问题上,坚持了显性教育与隐性教育的相辅相成。新时代践行习近平总书记关于培养时代新人的重要论述,要把握好责任与时代、深知与笃行、主体与环境的关系,切实为强国建设、民族复兴提供有力保障。Xi Jinping's important discussions on cultivating the younger generation of new era is the ideological system with rich connotations and rigorous logic.It inherits and develops Marx and Engels'thought of new Communist generation,Lenin's thought of new socialist generation,as well as the essence of the thought of"new generation"cultivation among the Chinese Communists,and endows them with new-era connotations and fundamental requirements,and has a solid theoretical foundation and practical support.Its essential char-acteristics are reflected through a few questions.As with"what the connotations and standards the younger generation of new era are",it insists on the dialectical unity of continuity and stage.As with the question of"who the younger generation of new era serves",it insists on the organic combination of subjectivity and sociality.As with the question of"what vision the younger generation of new era can be cultivated with",it insists on the integration of national character and world character.As with the question of"how the younger generation of new era can be cultivated",it insists on the mutual supplement of explicit education and implicit education.In the new era,to practice Xi Jinping's important discussions on cultivating the younger generation of new era should grasp the relationship between responsibility and the times,deep understanding and earnest practice,the subject and environment,and effectively provide a strong guarantee for building a strong country and national rejuvenation.
