不同种源家系青钱柳在福建沙县的生长适应性评价

摘  要:以南京林业大学种质基因库中优选的16个青钱柳优良种源家系为研究对象,分析该树种在福建沙县地区造林2年内的生长量和主要生物活性物质含量差异,对其适应性进行评价。结果表明:(1)不同种源家系青钱柳在福建沙县地区造林1年和2年后的保存率差异显著。造林1年后,各家系保存率较高,JGS2和JZS24保存率达100%;造林2年后,保存率下降显著,AJ1保存率最高,为80%。JGS2、JZS24和YL1保存率较高且下降幅度小。(2)造林1年和2年后,不同种源家系青钱柳树高和地径年增长值差异不显著。(3)造林2年后,不同种源家系青钱柳主要生物活性物质含量和产量差异显著,其中JZS33表现优良,适应性和生产潜力高,推荐优先选择。JZS4、JZS22、JZS24、JZS27也表现良好,具有推广潜力。通过合理选择和管理优良种源家系,可提高青钱柳造林和生产项目的成功率和经济效益。保存率下降主要因受杉木苗遮阴和高温干旱影响,环境条件对青钱柳生长量和保存率影响显著。Taking 16 superior provenance families of Cyclocarya paliurus selected from the germplasm gene bank of Nanjing Forestry University as the research objects,the differences in growth and main bioactive substances content of the tree species within 2 years of afforestation in Shaxian County of Fujian Province were analyzed,and their growth adaptability was evaluated.The results showed as the following three aspects.(1)The survival rates of Cyclocarya paliurus of different provenance families in Shaxian of Fujian showed significant differences in the afforestation after one year and two years.After one year of afforestation,the preservation rate of each family was high,with JGS2 and JZS24 reaching 100%.After two years of afforestation,the preservation rates declined significantly,with AJ1 having the highest preservation rate at 80%,while JGS2,JZS24,and YL1 also maintained relatively high preservation rates with minor declines.(2)After one and two years of afforestation,the annual growth values of tree height and basal diameter differences were not significant among different provenances of Cyclocarya.(3)After two years of afforestation,the content and yield of major bioactive substances in Cyclocarya paliurus of different provenance families were significantly different.Among them,JZS33 showed excellent performance with high adaptability and production potential,and is recommended for priority selection.JZS4,JZS22,JZS24,JZS27 also performed well and have potential for further promotion.Through the rational selection and management of superior provenance families,the success rate and economic benefits of Cyclocarya paliurus afforestation and production projects can be greatly improved.The decline in preservation rates is mainly due to shading by Chinese fir seedlings and high temperatures and drought,indicating that environmental conditions significantly impact the growth and preservation rates of Cyclocarya paliurus.
