新时代企业本质安全建设高质量发展研究

摘　　要：在新时代背景下,企业本质安全建设被赋予了新的内涵和特征,成为保障企业可持续发展、维护社会稳定的重要基石。本文分析了新时代对企业本质安全提出的新要求,确定了新时代本质安全新内涵,构建了“人机环管信”五维度企业本质安全新模型,明确了五个维度各自的建设内容和要求,探讨了企业本质安全高标准建设的实施策略,包括加强安全管理体系建设、提升设备设施安全水平、优化工作环境、强化信息技术应用、构建安全文化、加强政策引导与法规遵循以及建立持续改进机制等,旨在全面提升企业本质安全水平,推动企业在新时代背景下实现更加安全、高效、可持续、高质量发展。通过本研究,期望能为企业本质安全建设提供有益的参考和借鉴。In the context of the new era,the construction of inherent safety in enterprises has been endowed with new meanings and characteristics,becoming an important cornerstone for the sustainable development of enterprises and social stability.The paper analyzes the new requirements for the inherent safety of enterprises in the new era,and determines the new meaning of inherent safety in the new era.A new model of inherent safety for enterprises has been constructed,based on five dimensions of“human,machine,environment,management,and information”,the specific meanings and construction requirements of which are clarified respectively.The paper explores the implementation strategies for developing high standards of inherent safety for enterprises,including strengthening the construction of safety management system,improving the inherent safety level of equipment and facilities,optimizing the working environment,strengthening the application of information technology,building the safety culture,strengthening policy guidance and regulatory compliance,and establishing a continuous improvement mechanism,aiming to comprehensively enhance the inherent safety level of enterprises and promote their safer and more sustainable high-quality development with higher efficiency in the context of the new era.The paper is expected to provide useful references for the construction of inherent safety in enterprises.
