摘　　要：失匹配负波揭示了声音感知中潜在的规律与异常检测机制,是事件诱发电位的一种,为内源性时间相关电位成分,反映了大脑自动处理的能力。慢性意识障碍是指患者意识丧失状态持续超过28d,表现为意识内容减少或改变,对环境刺激保持有限或缺乏反应能力的一种病理状态。随着意识障碍患者的增多,相关研究也不断增多,尤其是慢性意识障碍患者的诊断和预后评估也得到更多重视。本文对失匹配负波应用于慢性意识障碍患者的研究现状和进展进行综述,以期为其临床应用提供依据。Mismatch negativity reveals the potential regularity and anomaly detection mechanism in sound perception,and is a kind of event evoked potential,which is an endogenous time-related potential component,reflecting the automatic processing ability of the brain.Chronic disorder of consciousness refers to a pathological state in which the patient's loss of consciousness lasts for more than 28 d and is manifested as a reduction or change in the content of consciousness and a limited or lack of response to environmental stimuli.With the increasing number of patients with consciousness disorders,related studies are also increasing,especially the diagnosis and prognosis assessment of patients with chronic consciousness disorders have received more attention.In this paper,the research status and progress of mismatch negativity applied to patients with chronic consciousness disorder were reviewed,in order to provide evidence for its clinical application.
