摘　　要：药物结构的掌握之于药物化学的学习是切入点、立足点与主攻点,但由于药物分子往往具有复杂的结构又或是教材受限于二维平面不利于展示药物分子的三维空间结构,导致学生对教材中的有关描述不甚理解,阻碍了后续学习的脚步。本课程组拟借助计算机技术,通过对剑桥晶体数据库(Cambridge structural database,CSD)和钻石(Diamond)晶体学软件的使用,凭借其高度立体化、可视化和动态化的特点,将药物分子结构全方位、无死角地呈现在学生的面前,使原本抽象晦涩的结构描述得以形象化,有助于学生对复杂药物结构的理解与掌握,以此疏通药物结构教与学中长期存在的堵点,进而提升教学质量。文章列举了2例CSD与Diamond软件相结合应用于药物化学教学中的案例,并详细地介绍了案例具体实施过程,为其在药物化学课程中的应用提供了可借鉴的经验。The mastery of drug structure can be regarded as the starting point,foothold and main research point in the study of medicinal chemistry.However,due to the complex structure of drug molecules,or the two-dimensional plane of the textbook is not facilitate to display the threedimensional spatial structure of drug molecules,students do not understand the relevant descriptions in the textbook,which hinders the follow-up study.Through the use of the Cambridge structural database(CSD)and Diamond crystallography software,this course group intends to use computer technology to achieve high dimensional,visual and dynamic performance.The drug molecular structure can be present in front of students in an all-round way without dead corners,so that the original abstract and obscure structure description can be visualized,which helps students to understand and master the complex drug structure,dredge the long-standing blocking point in the teaching and learning of drug structure,and further improve the teaching quality.This paper lists two cases of CSD combined with Diamond software applied in the teaching of medicinal chemistry,and introduces the concrete implementation process of the cases in detail,which provides referential experience for its application in the course of medicinal chemistry.
