摘　　要：该文探讨了生成式人工智能在《管理学》课程教学中应用的现状,研究分析了高校学生在学习《管理学》课程中存在的现实问题,提出了基于生成式人工智能的教学改革设计,并针对教学实践进行了反思和展望,旨在推动智能化教学在《管理学》课程教学中的深度应用。This article explores the current situation of the application of generative artificial intelligence in the teaching of"Management"course,analyzes the practical problems that college students face in learning"Management"course,proposes a teaching reform design based on generative artificial intelligence,and reflects and looks forward to teaching practice,aiming to promote the deep application of intelligent teaching in the teaching of"Management"course.
