摘　　要：目的探讨内镜下组织胶三明治夹心法联合钛夹治疗食管胃底静脉曲张(EGV)的临床效果。方法选取2021年6月至2023年6月九江市第一人民医院收治的82例EGV患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组各41例。对照组采用内镜下组织胶三明治夹心法,观察组在对照组基础上联合钛夹治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、组织胶用量、静脉曲张直径以及并发症。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者注射位点数量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组组织胶用量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后3个月曲张静脉直径小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论EGV采用内镜下组织胶三明治夹心法联合钛夹治疗效果优于单独三明治夹心法,有利于提升临床效果,减少组织胶用量,缩小静脉曲张直径,降低并发症发生风险,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of endoscopic tissue glue sandwich method combined with titanium clip in the treatment of esophageal and gastric varices(EGV).Methods A total of 82 patients with EGV treated in Jiujiang NO.1 People's Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as research objects and they were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with endoscopic tissue glue sandwich method,and the observation group was treated with titanium clip on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,tissue glue dosage,varicose vein diameter and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the number of injection sites between the two groups(P>0.05).The amount of tissue glue in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The varicose vein diameter of the observation group was smaller than that of the control group 3 months after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of endoscopic tissue glue sandwich method combined with titanium clip for EGV is better than that of sandwich alone,which is conducive to improving the clinical effect,reducing the amount of tissue glue,narrowing the diameter of varicose veins and reducing the risk of complications,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
