摘　　要：目的探讨阶段性健康教育结合压力接种训练对不孕症女性的影响。方法选取2021年9月至2023年6月山西省汾阳医院收治的96例不孕症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组48例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上实施阶段性健康教育结合压力接种训练干预,两组患者均干预3个月。比较两组患者病耻感、情绪状态[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、生活质量。结果干预后,观察组自我贬损、家庭羞辱、社会退缩、周围人群羞辱评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阶段性健康教育结合压力接种训练能够改善不孕症女性的病耻感及不良情绪,促进患者生活质量提升。Objective To explore the effect of phased health education combined with stress vaccination training on infertile women.Methods A total of 96 infertile patients admitted to Shanxi Fenyang Hospital from September 2021 to June 2023 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with phased health education combined with stress vaccination training intervention on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The stigma,emotional state(self-rating anxiety scale[SAS],self-rating depression scale[SDS])and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of self-derogation,family humiliation,social withdrawal and surrounding group humiliation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Phased health education combined with stress vaccination training can improve the stigma and bad emotions of infertile women,and promote the quality of life of patients.
