摘　　要：锭子房机器人自动装载是适应轮胎制造企业自动化提升研发出的新产品,由机器人、定位输送装置、辅助锭子小车、机械定位、移动底架、轨道等部分组成;该机可以实现自动装载满负荷的锭子,自动卸载空负荷的锭子;整机结构独特,自动化程度高,既降低了工人的劳动强度,又减少了人员配置。The spindle room robot automatic device is a new product developed to adapt to the automation improvement of tire manufacturing enterprises.It consists of a robot,a positioning and conveying device,an auxiliary spindle car,mechanical positioning,a moving chassis,a track,and other parts.This machine can automatically load spindles with full load and unload spindles with empty load;The whole machine has a unique structure and high degree of automation,which not only reduces the labor intensity of workers,but also reduces personnel configuration.
