摘　　要：The global supply chain relocation,often referred to as the"Great Relocation"by HSBC and other financial institutions,can now be seen as a strategic risk management process.DuringIn this process,manufacturers shift their industrial capacity from high—risk"regions to new destinations-(primarily in the Global South)-to secure stable revenue streams,and maintain competitiveness.This marks a reversal of the trend that has dominated for the past four decades.
