摘  要:构建高校与企业紧密协同的创新生态系统是新时代教育改革的重要举措,研究型大学更应置身其中。本文在学科群建设机制、利益融合机制、资源整合机制、制度保障机制等维度中嵌入三螺旋理论,构建了学科群发展驱动的立地式科技研发这一新型产教融合的理论分析框架。学科群发展驱动的立地式科技研发在理论上是以高水平的学科群建设机制为本质内核、以有效互动的利益融合机制为必要途径、以融通共享的资源整合机制为有力支撑、以高效创新的制度保障机制为重要依托。当前,学科群发展驱动的立地式科技研发尚面临学科群建设水平的支撑力度偏小、多元主体间的利益融合不足、“政-企-学”资源的整合欠佳、相关制度性安排的不健全等现实困境。因此,需要布局供需匹配的学科群、构建多主体协同合作的渠道、共建产学研合作创新平台、完善有效的政策供给体系。To build of an innovative ecosystem of close collaboration between universities and enterprises is an important measure of education reform in the new era,and research universities should be part of it.This paper constructs the analytical framework of grounded scientific and technical research and development,a new-type integration of production and education,driven by the development of discipline group based on the triple helix theory embedded in mechanisms of discipline group construction,interest integration,resource coordination and institutional guarantee.In theory,grounded scientific and technical research and development driven by the development of discipline group takes a high-level mechanism of discipline group construction as the essential core, an effectively interactive mechanism of interest integration as the necessary approach, an interconnected and shared mechanism of resource coordination as the solid pillar, and an efficiently innovative mechanism of institutional guarantee as the important support. However, it is currently faced with practical dilemmas such as weak support for the construction of discipline groups, insufficient integration of interests of multiple subjects, poor coordination of resources of government, enterprise and university and imperfect institutional arrangements. Therefore, it is necessary to layout the discipline groups matching supply and demand, establish the cooperation channels that can combine efforts of different subjects, build an innovation platform that integrating production, learning and research and improve the effective macroeconomic policy system.
