摘 要:大学社团能够促进学生社会化发展。以参与社团的学生为研究对象,通过问卷调查与访谈对大学社团促进学生社会化发展问题进行实证研究。研究发现,大学社团促进学生社会化发展是文化代际传递的过程,通过社团文化的代际传承、自我启迪和躬身实践,帮助学生在自我认知、团队协作、人际交往、自我实现等方面实现了社会化发展;大学社团促进学生社会化发展缺乏长远规划与设计,社团对学生自我认知、团队协作、人际交往、自我实现等方面的影响并不均衡;大学社团促进学生社会化发展存在个体与群体差异,大二及以上学生优于大一学生,高层学生干部优于中层学生干部,中层学生干部优于普通成员,体育竞技类社团在团队协作、自我实现上表现最优。研究建议:一是坚持价值引领,促进社团文化代际传递;二是强化顶层设计,构建社团活动育人长效机制;三是实施分类管理,推动各类社团发展百花齐放。College student associations can promote the socialization of students.This paper focuses on students’association participants and employs a combination of questionnaires and interviews to conduct an empirical investigation into students’socialization promoted by college student associations.It is found that as a process of intergenerational transfer of culture,students’socialization promoted by college student associations can help students realize the socialization development in the aspects of selfcognition,teamwork,interpersonal communication and self-realization,through the inter-generational inheritance,self-enlightenment and hands-on practice of community culture.And it is frequently lack of long-range planning and design,while its influence on students’self-cognition,teamwork,interpersonal communication and self-realization is uneven.There exists a disparity between individuals and groups in the socialization development promoted by college student associations,with second-year students and above showing better progress than first-year students,and top student officials outshining mid-level student officials,who in turn outperform general members.Sports competitive associations have the best performance in teamwork and self-realization.The research suggestions are as follows:firstly,adhere to value guidance and promote intergenerational transmission of community culture;secondly,strengthen the top-level design and build a long-term mechanism for the education of community activities;thirdly,implement classified management to promote the development of all kinds of associations.
