荀子礼治思想现代价值的社会治理分析

摘　　要：荀子在承袭孔子礼学思想时受到法家思想影响,提出援法入礼,创新性地把礼与法提到同等地位,强调隆礼至法、援法入礼和隆礼重法,形成了其独具特色的礼治思想,且对当今完善社会治理模式具有重要的启示与借鉴。Xunzi was influenced by Legalism when inheriting Confucius'philosophy of propriety.He proposed to incorporate the law into propriety,innovatively placing propriety and law on an equal footing,emphasizing the importance of promoting propriety to the law,incorporating the law into propriety,and valuing propriety,forming his unique thought of propriety and governance,which has important implications and references for today's model of perfect social governance.
