摘  要:在机测量系统检测技术是以机床为硬件载体,机床测头为触测工具,结合三维建模、测量路径规划、虚拟仿真等软件应用,生成机床数控系统可识别的测量程序,在零件加工过程中实现机内几何量特征工序检测,并将误差补偿后的检测结果生成报表展示在数控系统内,可根据检测结果指导后续工艺优化与改进。通过对国内在机测量检测技术现状需求调研,深入了解在机测量系统检测技术整体流程,分析解决在机测量过程中遇到的各类难点,测量评估机床检测过程引入的系统误差并给予补偿,评估给出在机检测技术适用性结论,为今后在机测量技术应用研究拓展方向。The detection technology of the on-machine measurement system is based on the machine tool as the hardware carrier,the machine tool probe as the touch testing tool,combined with the three-dimensional modeling,measurement path planning,virtual simulation and other software applications,to generate the measurement program that can be recognized by the machine tool numerical control system,to realize the detection of the geometric characteristics in the machine in the process of parts processing,and to generate a report after error compensation in the numerical control system,which can guide the subsequent process optimization and improvement according to the test results.Through the investigation of the current situation and demand of domestic on-machine measurement and detection technology,we have an in-depth understanding of the overall process of on-machine measurement system detection technology,analyze and solve various difficulties encountered in the process of on-machine measurement,measure and evaluate the systematic errors introduced in the machine tool detection process and compensate for them,and evaluate and give the conclusion of the applicability of on-machine measurement technology,so as to expand the direction for the application of on-machine measurement technology in the future.
