摘  要:根管封闭剂对于严密充填根管壁与牙胶尖之间的缝隙、提高封闭性能是必不可少的。为此,根管封闭剂的选择与应用显得尤为重要,近年来生物陶瓷类根管封闭剂因其卓越的理化性能,逐渐成为临床上的主流选择。然而,随之而来如何更好地将这类封闭剂的优点与热牙胶垂直加压技术相结合,以提升治疗效果,成为了目前关注的热点问题。因此,文章对比评估了不同生物陶瓷类根管封闭剂在加热条件下的理化性质改变,涵盖了固化时间、流动性、膜厚度等特性,旨在为临床提供科学依据,指导医生在采用热牙胶垂直加压技术时,能够更合理地选择和应用生物陶瓷类根管封闭剂,提升根管治疗成功率。The root canal sealer is essential to filling the gap between the root canal wall and the gutta-percha and improving the sealing performance.Therefore,the selection and application of root canal sealers is particularly important.In recent years,bioceramic root canal sealers have gradually become the mainstream choice in clinical practice because of their excellent physical and chemical properties.However,how to better combine the advantages of such sealers with the warm vertical compaction technique to improve the treatment effect has become a hot issue.Therefore,this paper compared and evaluated the physical and chemical properties of different bioceramic root canal sealers under heating conditions,including setting time,flow,film thickness and other characteristics,aiming to provide scientific basis for clinical practice and guide doctors to select and apply bioceramic root canal sealers more reasonably when adopting warm vertical compaction technique,so as to improve the success rate of root canal treatment.
