摘　　要：种植体周围角化龈在种植体功能、美观及长期稳定性中扮演着至关重要的角色,若种植体周角化龈宽度小于2 mm,将增加种植体周围炎症和边缘骨丧失的风险。通过角化龈增宽术可获得理想的角化龈宽度,然而面部肌肉牵拉、咀嚼运动等因素会影响移植物的血管化,最终导致角化龈增宽术后效果欠佳。临床上可使用软组织固定夹板对术区软组织进行固定,达到促进移植物血管化和创口愈合的目的。文章就种植体周角化龈增宽术的辅助装置——软组织固定夹板的发展、技术现状及展望做一综述,以期为种植体周软组织管理提供一定参考。Peri-implant keratogenic gingiva plays a crucial role in the function,aesthetics and long-term stability of dental implants,and peri-implant keratogingival widths of less than 2 mm increase the risk of peri-implantitis and marginal bone loss.The ideal keratogingival width can be obtained by keratogingival widening,but the factors such as facial muscle traction and chewing movements can affect the vascularization of the graft,which ultimately leads to poor results after keratinized gingival widening.Clinically,soft tissue fixation splints can be used to fix the soft tissues in the surgical area to promote vascularization of the graft and wound healing.This article reviews the development,technical status and future prospects of soft tissue fixation splints,an auxiliary device for peri-implant gingival widening,in order to provide a certain reference for peri-implant soft tissue management.
