摘　　要：肥胖是一种由多因素导致的慢性代谢性疾病,影响儿童的心血管、呼吸、内分泌、运动等系统及精神和心理健康。近年来,全球肥胖儿童人数逐年上升,我国肥胖儿童数量已居全世界首位。随着儿童肥胖相关研究的不断深入,有学者发现其与口腔健康关系密切。文章就儿童肥胖现状及其与牙萌出、龋病及牙周病的关系做一综述,为儿童肥胖及口腔健康相关疾病的防治和研究提供思路。Obesity is a chronic metabolic disease caused by multiple factors.Obesity not only affects children′s cardiovascular,respiratory,endocrine and motor systems etc,but also affects their mental and psychological health.In recent years,the number of obese children is gradually increasing,and the number in China has ranked the first in the world.With the deepening of research on childhood obesity,some scholars have found that it is closely related to oral health.This paper reviews the current status of childhood obesity and its relationship with tooth eruption,dental caries and periodontal diseases,in order to provide ideas for the prevention,treatment and research of childhood obesity and oral healthrelated diseases.
