Objective To investigate the dynamic changes of brain lymphatic function during chemotherapy in patients with breast cancer and its correlation with cognitive function. Methods Eighty female patients with breast cancer were included in this study.Cognitive function was assessed using the MMSE,MOCA,DSST,and FACT scoring tools, and brain lymphatic function was measured using DTI-ALPS.Results After chemotherapy, the cognitive scores of breast cancer patients all showed a significant decline. The ALPS index,a parameter of brain lymphatic function, slightly increased after chemotherapy and was correlated with cognitive scores. Conclusion This study reveals the dynamic changes of brain lymphatic function in breast cancer patients after chemotherapy and the close relationship between lymphatic function and cognitive function. These findings contribute to a deeper understanding of the changing patterns of brain lymphatic function under CRCI conditions and provide new research perspectives for elucidating the mechanisms of CRCI.
