摘　　要：目的研究中医时节导引养生发展现状,明确当前存在的问题,探究中医时节导引养生未来发展趋向,并从底层实际应用的角度提出系列建议,以期促进中医时节导引养生应用推广。方法2023年3月1日—4月5日,课题组联合天津市健身气功协会面向全国各省市居民935人发放自编结构化问卷,进行调研。分别从认知维度、行为维度、兴趣维度和需求维度方面调研中医时节导引养生的发展普及现状及存在问题,基于样本数据和访谈资料,通过交叉分析、相关分析等进行多维度定性、定量分析。结果研究对象的认知维度得分为(2.84±0.64)分,行为维度得分为(3.01±1.20)分,兴趣维度得分为(2.46±0.62)分,量表整体得分为(2.77±0.72)分。仅有13.7%的研究对象知晓二十四节气导引法,而研究对象对健身气功种类知晓率较高的前3位分别是八段锦(81.5%)、五禽戏(75.1%)、易筋经(48.0%)。在兴趣维度上,不同性别研究对象的得分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同年龄段研究对象在认知维度、行为维度、兴趣维度及量表整体上的得分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05):51~70岁及70岁以上研究对象的得分低于18岁以下、18~30岁及31~50岁研究对象(P<0.05)。不同受教育程度研究对象在行为维度、兴趣维度及量表整体上的得分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05):中专/高中学历研究对象的得分低于大专/本科学历研究对象(P<0.05)。研究对象选出的中医时节导引养生认知途径前3位依次为网络、微信、微博等新媒体(65.6%),亲友、同事、老师等口碑传播(55.4%),电视、广播、电影等传统媒体(44.4%)。89.9%的研究对象认为中医时节导引养生与新技术结合会增加人们对中医时节导引养生相关知识和技能的学习兴趣。结论当前中医时节导引养生存在着群众需求与发展之间不平衡的问题,具体表现在中医时节导引养生的理论知识和实践技�Objective To investigate the current status of the development of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)seasonal guidance and health preservation,identify existing problems,explore its future development trends,and propose a series of recommendations from the perspective of practical application at the grassroots level to promote its application and promotion.Methods From March 1,2023,to April 5,2023,the research team,in collaboration with the Tianjin Fitness Qigong Association,distributed self-designed structured questionnaires to 935 residents across various provinces and cities in China,conducting a survey.The survey covered the current status of development and existing problems of TCM seasonal guidance and health preservation from the dimensions of cognition,behavior,interest,and demand.Multidimensional qualitative and quantitative analyses were conducted based on sample data and interview materials through cross-analysis,correlation analysis,etc.Results The cognitive dimension score of the research participants was(2.84±0.64)points,the behavioral dimension score was(3.01±1.20)points,the interest dimension score was(2.64±0.62)points,and the overall scale score was(2.77±0.72)points.Only 13.7%of the research participants were aware of the 24 solar terms guidance method,and the top 3 types of fitness Qigong known to them were Baduanjin exercise(81.5%),Wuqinxi(75.1%),and muscle-bone strengthening exercise(48.0%).On the interest dimension,there was a statistically significant difference in scores between male and female research participants(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in subscale(cognitive,behavioral,and interest dimensions)and total scores between different age groups of research participants(P<0.05):research participants aged 51-70 and over 70 scored lower than those under 18,18-30,and 31-50 years old(P<0.05).Statistically significant differences were found in scores on the subscale(behavioral and interest dimensions)and total scores between research participants with different educ
