重庆市渝北区18~64岁成年居民营养健康知识知晓率及影响因素分析

摘  要:目的了解重庆市渝北区18~64岁成年居民营养健康知识知晓现况及影响因素,为进一步制定营养干预政策提供科学依据。方法采用分层多阶段抽样的方法,对重庆市渝北区420名18~64岁成年居民进行营养健康知识及影响因素的问卷调查,并对数据进行卡方检验、logistic回归分析等。结果居民营养健康知识问卷平均得分为(71.73±7.94)分,总知晓率为28.57%。不同性别、年龄、体型、婚姻、文化程度、职业、健康状况以及营养健康知识获取渠道数量的居民营养健康知识知晓率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。logistic回归分析结果显示,文化程度、职业、健康状况是居民营养健康知识知晓情况的影响因素:以小学及以下文化程度作为参照,大专/职大(OR=8.541,95%CI:1.735~42.048)和本科及以上居民(OR=27.638,95%CI:5.520~135.696)的营养健康知识知晓程度较高;以其他职业为参照,医疗卫生机构及其他健康相关行业从业者(OR=2.029,95%CI:1.043~3.949)和农林牧渔业从业者(OR=8.002,95%CI:3.389~18.892)的知晓程度较高;以不知道自己健康状况的居民为参照,未患慢性病的居民(OR=5.412,95%CI:1.421~20.616)的知晓程度较高。居民获得营养健康知识的渠道主要是医院/社区卫生服务站/村卫生室(76.19%)、微信/微博等以图文为主的新媒体(74.05%)、抖音等以视频为主的新媒体(66.90%)。结论重庆市渝北区18~64岁成年居民的营养健康知识知晓率有待提高,文化程度、职业和健康状况是居民营养健康知识知晓率的影响因素。而要提升居民营养健康知识的知晓率,需要多方面的协同努力,针对重点人群,应实施综合性的策略。Objective To understand the current status and influencing factors of nutritional health knowledge awareness among adults aged 18-64 in Yubei District,Chongqing,and to provide a scientific basis for the development of nutritional intervention policies.Methods A stratified multi-stage sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on nutritional health knowledge and influencing factors among 420 adults aged 18-64 in Yubei District,Chongqing.Data were analyzed using chi-square tests and logistic regression analysis.Results The average score of the nutritional health knowledge questionnaire was(71.73±7.94)points,with an overall awareness rate of 28.57%.There were statistically significant differences in nutritional health knowledge awareness rates among residents of different genders,ages,body types,marital statuses,educational levels,occupations,health statuses,and the number of channels through which they obtained nutritional health knowledge(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that educational level,occupation,and health status were influencing factors of residents'nutritional health knowledge awareness.Compared to those with an elementary school education or below,residents with a college or vocational college education(OR=8.541,95%CI:1.735-42.048)and those with a bachelor's degree or above(OR=27.638,95%CI:5.520-135.696)had higher levels of nutritional health knowledge awareness;compared to other occupations,practitioners in medical and health institutions and other health-related industries(OR=2.029,95%CI:1.043-3.949)and those working in agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry,and fisheries(OR=8.002,95%CI:3.389-18.892)had higher awareness levels;compared to residents who did not know their health status,residents without chronic diseases(OR=5.412,95%CI:1.421-20.616)had higher awareness levels.The main channels through which residents obtained nutritional health knowledge were hospitals,community health service stations,and village health clinics(76.19%),new media characterized by text and pic
