摘 要:双金属复合板会受到材料间产生不同程度的热残余应力的影响,导致板型缺陷,需要进行矫直。为了研究不同压下倾角参数对复合板矫直效果的影响,文中采用数值模拟方法研究了在0.43°,0.33°和0.23°这3种不同压下倾角矫直方案下,1Cr17Ni9Ti∕Q235复合钢板矫直过程中各方向的应力极值情况,以及矫直后的复合板纵向残余应力分布、平直度及等效塑性应变情况。结果表明:在矫直过程中复合板的纵向应力极值最大且其差值也是最大;在压下倾角1,2,3矫直方案下,复合板的平直度值分别为0.19%,0.30%及0.23%;在3种不同压下倾角矫直方案下,对1Cr17Ni9Ti∕Q235复合钢板进行现场矫直试验,得到的复合板平直度结果与数值模拟结果几乎一致。在3种压下倾角矫直方案下1Cr17Ni9Ti∕Q235复合钢板等效塑性应变值分别为0.14,0.23及0.17。可见压下倾角的大小影响复合板矫直后的平直度,压下倾角方案1的复合板的矫直效果最好。Since the bimetal composite plate will warp due to the different thermal residual stress between metals,the straightening process is necessary.In this article,the numerical simulation method is used to explore the extreme stress values in various directions during the straightening process of the 1Cr17Ni9Ti∕Q235 composite plate according to three straightening schemes with different compression inclined angles of 0.43°,0.33°and 0.23°,as well as the longitudinal residual stress distribution,flatness,and equivalent plastic strain of the composite plate after straightening.The results show that the extreme value of the longitudinal stress and its difference are the largest during the straightening process.The flatness values of the composite plate are 0.19%,0.30%and 0.23%respectively according to three straightening schemes with different compression inclined angles.The 1Cr17Ni9Ti∕Q235 composite plate is subject to the straightening test according to three different straightening schemes.The results of the composite plate’s straightness are consistent with the those obtained from the numerical simulation.The equivalent plastic strain values of the 1Cr17Ni9Ti∕Q235 composite plate according to three straightening schemes with different compression inclined angles are 0.14,0.23 and 0.17 respectively.It is seen that the compression inclined angle affects the composite plate’s flatness after straightening,and the straightening effect is optimal when the compression inclined angle is adopted according to the first scheme.
