摘  要:金属有机骨架(MOF)材料被广泛用作微型气相色谱柱(μGCC)固定相,对轻烃气体有着良好的分离效果,但是其有亲水特性,吸水后结构易崩塌,导致μGCC的分离性能降低。利用铜基金属有机骨架HKUST-1上的配位不饱和金属位点与十八烷胺通过配位作用反应生成一种疏水复合材料OA-HKUST-1,长烷基链的十八烷胺表面能较低,提高了HKUST-1的疏水性和稳定性。将OA-HKUST-1用作μGCC固定相,分离结果表明,使用OA-HKUST-1固定相的μGCC对轻烃混合气体(甲烷、乙烷、丙烷、正丁烷)实现完全分离,其中较难分离的甲烷和乙烷分离度达到5.993。通过6个月的定期测试,甲烷、乙烷、丙烷、正丁烷各组分保留因子的相对标准偏差均小于2%,验证了良好的疏水稳定性。Metal organic framework(MOF)materials are widely used as stationary phases for micro gas chromatography columns(μGCCs),which have good separation effects on light hydrocarbon gasses.However,hydrophillic properties of MOF materials and structural collapse after water absorption result in a decrease in the separation performance ofμGCC.A hydrophobic composite material OA-HKUST-1 was generated by the reaction of the ligand-unsaturated metal sites on the copper-based MOF HKUST-1 with octadecylamine via ligand interaction.And the octadecylamine with long alkyl chains has low surface energy,which improves the hydrophobicity and stability of HKUST-1.OA-HKUST-1 was used as theμGCC stationary phase for light hydrocarbon separation.The separation results show that light hydrocarbon mixed gases(methane,ethane,propane and n-butane)are completely separated byμGCC using OA-HKUST-1 stationary phase.The separation degree of methane and ethane,which are difficult to separate,reaches 5.993.After six months of regular testing,the relative standard deviation(RSD)of the retention factor for methane,ethane,propane and butane are all less than 2%,verifying excellent hydrophobic stability.
