摘 要:目前,超特高压变电站内广泛使用气体绝缘全封闭组合电器(Gas Insulated Switchgear,GIS)设备,如果气压降低将会导致设备绝缘能力降低,进而影响设备安全稳定运行。出现气压降低的GIS设备,需运维人员及时进行补气。受限于各无人值守站距离较远、无法实时发现气压降低、补气工作步骤烦琐等因素,人工补气及时性较差。为解决上述问题,通过借鉴气压在线监测及自动开闭阀门原理,研发超高压组合电器设备自动补气装置。本文再现了装置的研发过程,并对装置的应用情况进行阐述,说明装置取得了良好的应用效果。At present,gas insulated switchgear(GIS)equipment is widely used in ultra-high voltage substations.If the air pressure is reduced,the insulation capacity of the equipment will be reduced,which will affect the safe and stable operation of the equipment.For GIS equipment with reduced air pressure,the operation and maintenance personnel need to replenish air in time.Due to the limitations such as the unattended stations are far away from each other,the air pressure drop cannot be detected in real time,and the work steps of air replenishment are complicated,the timeliness of manual air replenishment is poor.In order to solve the above problems,by referring to the principle of air pressure on-line monitoring and automatic valve opening and closing,the automatic air replenishing device of ultra-high voltage composite apparatus is developed.This paper reproduces the research and development process of the device,describes the application of the device,and shows that the device has achieved good application effect.
