摘 要:人工智能作为推动新一轮科技创新与产业变革的关键战略技术,正在全球范围内引领社会生产力的革命性发展。本研究关注于微观企业层面,探索人工智能如何赋能企业生产率。研究表明,人工智能显著提高了中国上市公司的生产效率,此结论在多个稳健性检验后依然有效。异质性分析揭示了国有企业、高技术行业和沿海地区,人工智能显著提升了企业的全要素生产率。基于此,本研究提出着力加强人工智能基础设施建设,持续优化激励创新的政策架构;深化人工智能发展战略的精细化制定,提升政策激励对各类企业需求的适配度等建议。Artificial intelligence serves as a key strategic technology driving the new wave of technological innovation and industrial transformation,leading a revolutionary development in global productivity.This study focuses on micro-level enterprises,exploring how AI empowers corporate productivity.The findings indicate that AI significantly enhances the productivity of publicly listed companies in China,and this conclusion remains robust across various tests.Heterogeneity analysis reveals that AI significantly boosts total factor productivity in state-owned enterprises,high-tech industries,and coastal regions.Based on the research findings,the following policy recommendations are proposed:prioritize the strengthening of AI infrastructure,continuously optimize the policy framework to incentivize innovation,and refine the development strategy for AI,improving the alignment of policy incentives with the needs of different types of enterprises.
