摘　　要：随着教育改革的深入,高职教育作为国家教育体系的重要组成部分,其教育管理模式的创新成为关注的焦点。本文旨在探讨高职教育管理中共青团工作与“五育并举”(德、智、体、美、劳)的融合模式,分析其在提升学生综合素质、促进全面发展中的重要作用,并提出相应的管理策略。With the deepening of education reform,vocational education,as an important component of the national education system,has become a focus of attention on the innovation of its educational management mode.This article aims to explore the integration mode of the Communist Youth League work and the"Five Education"(morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics,labor)in vocational education management,analyze its important role in improving students'comprehensive quality and promoting all-round development,and propose corresponding management strategies.
