摘 要:本文介绍了UPS系统常见冗余备用方案及其优缺点,研究了芯片厂项目中串联式UPS冗余系统的设计方案,提出了设置PLC作为主备切换的辅助控制系统,阐述了其切换控制逻辑,并介绍本方案在芯片厂项目的实施及运行情况。该方案在满足芯片厂用电负荷对供电连续性与可靠性要求的基础上,提高了UPS系统的可维护性和故障容限。This paper introduces common redundancy backup schemes for UPS systems and their advantages and disadvantages.It explores the design scheme of a series UPS redundancy system in a chip plant project,proposes the implementation of a PLC as an auxiliary control system for main-backup switching,elaborates on its switching control logic,and introduces the implementation and operation of this scheme in the chip plant project.This scheme not only meets the requirements for power supply continuity and reliability of the chip plant’s electrical load but also enhances the maintainability and fault tolerance of the UPS system.
