摘　　要：数字技术是文化产业的驱动要素,新型文化业态是技术发展的必然结果。技术的演进将文化产品的价值正由传统的单一膜拜价值转向更多元化的体验和经济等价值,从而使得文化产品在产业环境下呈现出共生的复合价值形态。以融合创新和协同创新理论为基础,提出着重发展和提升科技与文化融合衍生的新型文化产业。以湖南为例,对该省发展新型文化业态优势条件及发展的关键原因展开分析,在此基础上,提出全国层面数字技术与文化产业融合创新的方向与策略,以期更好地促进文化产业的转型升级,推动经济社会发展。Digital technology is the driving factor of the cultural industry,and the new cultural industry is the inevitable result of technological development.The evolution of technology has shifted the value of cultural products from the traditional single worship value to more diversified values such as experience and economy,which makes the cultural products present a symbiotic composite value form in the industrial environment.Based on the theory of integration innovation and synergistic innovation,it is proposed to focus on the development and enhancement of new cultural industries derived from the integration of science and technology and culture.Taking Hunan as an example,we analyze the advantageous conditions and key reasons for the development of the new cultural industry in the province,and on this basis,put forward the direction and strategy for the integration and innovation of digital technology and cultural industry at the national level,with a view to better promoting the transformation and upgrading of the cultural industry and the economic and social development.
