摘 要:基于认知情感系统理论,从情感和认知视角构建幽默型领导与知识型员工越轨创新行为之间的链式中介模型,以期揭开幽默型领导与知识型员工越轨创新行为之间的“黑箱”。通过对213名知识型员工的两阶段问卷数据进行分析,结果表明:(1)知识型员工对领导的喜欢在幽默型领导和知识型员工越轨创新行为之间起到部分中介作用;(2)知识型员工的内部人身份认知在幽默型领导和知识型员工越轨创新行为之间起到部分中介作用;(3)知识型员工对领导的喜欢和内部人身份认知在幽默型领导和知识型员工越轨创新行为的关系中起到链式中介作用。Based on cognitive affective system theory,this paper constructs a serial mediation effect model between leader humor and bootlegging of knowledge employees from the perspective of emotion and cognition in the hope of unlocking the black box between them.The model has been verified by a survey conducted on a sample of 213 knowledge employees at two time points.Through a series of regression analysis and bootstrapping method,it gets several conclusions as follows:(1)Leader humor is positively related to knowledge employees'bootlegging.(2)Knowledge employees'leader liking partially mediates the influence of leader humor on knowledge employees'bootlegging.(3)Knowledge employees'perceived insider status partially mediates the influence of leader humor on knowledge employees'bootlegging.(4)Knowledge employees'leader liking and perceived insider status play the serial mediation effect on the relationship between leader humor and knowledge employees'bootlegging.
