摘 要:随着铁路工务养修技术的迅猛发展和日臻成熟,钢轨的使用寿命得到了极大的延长。然而,由于钢轨长期裸露在大气环境中,钢轨腐蚀不仅制约着其寿命,也给铁路运输安全带来了重大隐患。因此,如何减缓或阻止钢轨及扣件锈蚀、全方位延长其寿命非常重要。对新型仿生纳米自分层防腐梯度材料和市售涂料进行了性能对比试验,并在沿海地区的隧道内、外铁路钢轨及扣件上进行了现场试验,以验证其防腐作用。根据钢轨的不同场景设计了不同的工装,提高涂覆效率,以期提供更好的解决方案。With the rapid development and maturity of the maintenance technology,the service life of the rail has been greatly extended.However,because the rail is exposed in the atmosphere for a long time,the corrosion of the rail not only restricts the extension of its life,but also brings great hidden dangers to the safety of railway transportation.Therefore,it is very important to slow down or prevent the corrosion of rail and rail fastening and extend their life in all aspects.In this paper,a new type of bionic nano selfstratified anticorrosive gradient material was introduced,and its properties were compared with those of commercial coatings.In addition,field tests were carried out on rail and rail fastening inside and outside the tunnel in the coastal area to verify whether it has a good anti-corrosion effect,and different tools were designed according to different scenarios of the rail to improve the coating efficiency,in order to provide a better solution.
