摘　　要：严寒地区板式无砟轨道底座板混凝土的粉化病害严重影响道床结构的耐久性和列车的行车安全,急需开展整治技术研究。阐明了严寒地区高速铁路无砟轨道底座板混凝土粉化病害的成因,根据底座板混凝土的粉化程度,提出了相应的病害整治技术,涵盖整治方法、材料、工艺。经过对严寒地区高速铁路无砟轨道底座板混凝土严重粉化的试验段整治发现,整治后的底座板没有出现开裂等现象,也没有产生新的粉化病害,整治效果良好。The concrete powdering disease of concrete of the ballastless track base plate of high-speed railway in severe cold area seriously affects the durability of track bed structure and the safety of train operation.The renovation technology should be carried out immediately.In this paper,the causes of concrete powdering disease of concrete of the ballastless track base plate of high-speed railway in severe cold area were expounded.According to the degree of concrete powdering of base plate,the corresponding disease treatment technology was put forward,including renovation method,materials and technology.Through the renovation of severe concrete powdering section of ballastless track of high-speed railway in severe cold area,it was found that the treated base plate has no obvious cracking and no new powdering disease accured.The renovation effect is very good.
