摘 要:轨道交通学科群研究生“学科交叉”培养模式是当前高等教育领域的研究热点之一,旨在探讨该培养模式的影响因素和解决方案,以促进学生跨学科思维和综合能力的培养。学科交叉培养涉及多个学科的知识和技能,对学生而言学习负担较大。学校和教师应合理规划课程设置,减轻学生负担。学科交叉培养中存在学科交流和合作的障碍。需加强师资队伍建设,培养具备跨学科背景和能力的教师。学科交叉培养中学科边界不清晰的问题亦需解决。学校和教师应加强教学设计和规划,明确学科边界和学习目标。轨道交通学科群研究生“学科交叉”培养模式具有重要意义和挑战。通过合理规划课程设置、加强师资队伍建设、提供学习支持和指导、促进学科交流和合作,以及明确学科边界和加强评估机制,能够有效克服困难和挑战,培养具备跨学科思维和综合能力的优秀人才。这将为轨道交通领域的发展和创新注入新动力,推动“学科交叉”培养模式的进一步发展和实施。The interdisciplinary training model for postgraduate students in the field of rail transportation is currently a hot topic in higher education.This paper aims to explore the influencing factors and propose solutions of this training model to foster students’interdisciplinary thinking and comprehensive abilities.Firstly,interdisciplinary training involves knowledge and skills from multiple disciplines,resulting in a heavier workload for students.Schools and educators should engage in proper curriculum planning to alleviate this burden.Secondly,there are challenges in promoting discipline communication and collaboration within interdisciplinary training.It is necessary to strengthen the development of faculty teams by cultivating teachers with interdisciplinary backgrounds and abilities.Furthermore,the issue of unclear disciplinary boundaries in interdisciplinary training needs to be addressed.Schools and educators should enhance teaching design and planning to clarify disciplinary boundaries and learning objectives.The interdisciplinary training model for postgraduate students in the field of rail transportation holds significant importance and challenges.By implementing strategies such as proper curriculum planning,faculty development,providing learning support and guidance,fostering discipline communication and collaboration,and enhancing evaluation mechanisms,we can effectively overcome difficulties and challenges.This will enable the cultivation of outstanding talents with interdisciplinary thinking and comprehensive abilities.Such efforts will inject new energy into the development and innovation of the rail transportation field and promote the further advancement and implementation of interdisciplinary training models.
