基于“肾为玄府”理论浅析通法在慢性肾脏病治疗中的应用

摘　　要：肾脏微观结构和生理功能上与玄府相近,具有玄冥幽微,开阖有度和以通为用的特性。玄府之孔贵在开阖,玄府之隙重在流通,只有在玄府正常开阖的情况下,才能保持气血津液的畅通无阻。针对“肾为玄府”玄冥幽微和门户开阖的特性,治疗慢性肾脏病可采用行气解郁、祛湿清热、消癥散结、泄浊解毒等疗法开通玄府以通利络脉,使津液流通畅行而充养肾络以调节玄府。“肾为玄府”的特性决定了“通法”在慢性肾脏病治疗中的重要性。The microstructure and physiological function of kidney is like that of Xuanfu(sweat pore),which has the characteristics of mysterious and subtle,with activities of opening and closing as well as keeping things flowing being its basic function.The function of the sweat pore is opening and closing normally for circulation.Only in the case of normal opening and closing of it can we keep the unobstructed flow of Qi,blood and body Fluid.Based on the theory of"kidney dominating the sweat pore"and the characteristics of being mysterious and subtle as well as its management in the opening and closing activities,in treatment of chronic kidney disease,activating Qi to relieve depression,dispelling Dampness and clearing Heat,methods such as eliminating lumps and dissipating knots,draining the turbidity and detoxification can be used to open up the sweat pore in order to dredge the collaterals,so that the circulation of the body Fluid can be improved and the kidney collateral can be nourished,which in turn can better regulating the function of the sweat pore.In conclusion,the characteristic of"kidney dominating sweat pore"determines the importance of the application of"dredging method"in treatment of chronic kidney disease.
