摘　　要：《黄帝内经》中焠(淬)刺是后世之火针刺法;燔针是实现焠(淬)刺的烧针过程;焠(淬)刺使用的针具不出九针,而大针非后世火针刺法的专用工具,焠(淬)刺使用的针具当以锋针、毫针、员利针为主;《黄帝内经》中火针刺法的取穴既重视以痛为腧,也强调辨证取穴。Quench needling in Huang Di Nei Jing is called fire-acupuncture in later generations while burning needle is the process of make fire needle to realize quench needling.The needles used in quench needling are mainly Nine Needles,and the large needles are not the only tool in fire-acupuncture of later generations.The needles used in quench needling are mainly sharp needle,millimetre needle and Yuanli needles.The acupoints taking of the fire-acupuncture in Huang Di Nei Jing are not only emphasized on the use of pain point as the target acupoint but also emphasized on taking acupuncture points based on syndrome differentiation.
