摘 要:区别于高校其他治理群体,校友在内容体系、价值内涵、样态特征等方面都具有显著特征。回顾校友参与学校治理的发展历程,政策发展与实践经验都是推动校友群体参与学校治理的重要影响因素。在治理内容体系方面,分为行动性内容和功能性内容。在治理价值内涵方面,体现了开放治理环境中的“融合式”参与、内部治理环境中的“竞争性”参与和治理关系结构中的“合作型”参与。在治理样态方面,聚焦有组织导向下的“有组织参与”“共赢式参与”,校友参与在组织建设、动员方式和法理、价值、行动等方面都具有显著特征。为探索开放式发展环境下校友参与学校治理的新样态,必须聚焦“行动激发”的政策维度、“共同治理”的管理维度、“科学参与”的行动维度、“合理参与”的权限维度、“共同成长”的关系维度和“信赖有序”的风险维度,共同构建校友参与学校治理的创新路径,实现校友参与学校治理效能的全面激发。Alumni is an important component of university governance.Different from other governance groups in colleges and universities,it has remarkable characteristics in content system,development mechanism and behavior mode.Reviewing the development process of alumni participation in school governance,policy development and practical experience are all important influencing factors to promote alumni participation in school governance.In terms of governance content system,it is divided into action content and functional content.In terms of the connotation of governance value,it embodies the"integrated"participation in the open governance environment,"competitive"participation in the internal governance environment and"cooperative"participation in the governance relationship structure.In terms of governance pattern,it focuses on win-win and limited participation under the guidance of organization.Alumni participation has obvious characteristics in organizational construction,group mobilization,industry form,benefit sharing,field co-construction and limited participation in jurisprudence,value and action.In order to explore the new pattern of alumni's participation in school governance under the open development environment,we must focus on the policy dimension of"action stimulation",the management dimension of"co-governance",the action dimension of""scientific participation",the authority dimension of""reasonable adaptation",the relationship dimension of"growth support"and the risk dimension of"trust and order",so as to jointly construct the scientific action logic of alumni's participation in school governance and realize the comprehensive stimulation of alumni's energy efficiency.
