摘 要:加强中国-中亚国家高等教育合作是打造中国-中亚命运共同体的重要支柱。“一带一路”倡议提出十年以来,中国-中亚国家高等教育合作稳步发展,在语言与文化交流、留学生结构优化、校际联合培养、多样化交流平台搭建等方面成果显著。同时,受制于复杂的历史、人文环境和区域内外不和谐因素的干扰,深化高等教育合作在机制保障、师生交流、合作办学、人才培养等方面存在诸多问题。未来立足高质量共建“一带一路”,中国与中亚国家应具有高阶思维,统筹多元主体,完善高等教育合作机制保障;发挥各自比较优势,保障留学生双向互动;探索合作办学新模式,推动合作项目走深走实;服务市场发展需要,加大高层次复合型人才培养力度,助力中国-中亚国家高等教育合作实现共赢。Strengthening higher education cooperation between China and Central Asian countries is an important pillar of building China-Central Asia community of common destiny.Since the Belt and Road Initiative was put forward ten years ago,higher education cooperation between China and Central Asian countries has been developing steadily,with remarkable achievements in language and cultural exchanges,education for international students,joint training between universities,and the establishment of diversified exchange plaforms.However,subject to the interference of complex historical and cultural environment and disharmonious factors inside and outside the region,many problems remain unresolved in the mechanism guarantee,teacher-student exchange,cooperative education,personnel training and other aspects of deepening higher education cooperation.In the future,based on high-quality Belt and Road cooperation,China and Central Asian countries should have high-level thinking,coordinate multiple entities,improve the guarantee of higher education cooperation mechanism,give full play to their comparative advantages to ensure two-way interaction of international students and explore new modes of cooperation in running schools,and promote the deepening and concrete cooperation projects.Based on the needs of market development,China and Central Asian countries should strengthen the training of high-level and interdisciplinary talents to help achieve win-win cooperation in higher education.
