摘  要:新质生产力要求19世纪末至今形成的现代职业教育体系走出效率主义困境,围绕生命理论、生态系统和生长原则,破解中国现代职业教育体系重构中的理论话语、人才目标、治理制度、课程开发、教师身份等五大命题。一是基于人本逻辑,使职业教育理论话语转向“生命主义”;二是在主动建构意识和创新创造能力方面加力,使职业教育培养目标指向“能动型技能劳动者”;三是把新发展理念作为出发点,搭建职业教育“生态化治理制度”;四是根据“五大原则”,重构职业教育“生长型课程开发模式”;五是运用新场景的多维性和关系性思维,建设“心手脑和谐型”教师队伍。新质生产力与职业教育双向驱动,职业教育变革的目的是参与到发展新质生产力和创造美好生活的历史实践中。The new quality productivity requires the modern vocational education system formed since the late 19th century to shake off the drawbacks of efficiencyism.Focus on life theories,ecosystems,and growth principles,the systemcould address five key issues in the reconstruction of the Chinese modern vocational education system:theoretical discourse,talent objectives,governance systems,curriculum development,and teacher roles.The five propositions can be explained in detail firstly,based on humanistic logic,the theoretical discourse of vocational education should be diverted to"vitalism";secondly,efforts should be made in the active construction of consciousness and innovationand creativity,so that the training goal of vocational education points to"active skilled workers";thirdly,taking the new development concept as the starting point,the""ecological governance system"of vocational education should be established;fourthly,according to the"five principles",the vocational educationshould be reconstructed toward"growthoriented curriculum development mode";fthly,the multi-dimensionality and relational thinking of new context should be applied to build a"heart-hand-brain harmony"faculty.The new quality productivity and vocational education are mutually driven,and the purpose of the reform of vocational education is to participate in the historical practice of developing new productivity and creating a better life.
