摘  要:目的探讨信息化出院随访系统在癌痛患者出院和门诊随访中的应用效果。方法选择2023年1月至2024年1月郑州大学第一附属医院河医院区收治的80例癌痛患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为研究组和对照组各40例。对照组患者给予常规出院宣教与门诊随访,研究组患者在对照组的基础上采用信息化出院随访系统进行出院宣教和门诊随访,均随访3个月。随访3个月后,采用Morisky用药依从性问卷评分评价两组患者的用药依从率,并采用数字分级法(NRS)评分评价两组患者的疼痛缓解程度;于干预前及随访3个月后,采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评价两组患者的心理状况;随访3个月后,比较两组患者的护理满意度(包括对镇痛效果、健康教育、回访方式的满意度)。结果随访3个月后,研究组患者的用药依从率及疼痛缓解程度有效率分别为90.00%、92.50%,明显高于对照组的60.00%、72.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前,两组患者的HAMA评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),随访3个月后,两组患者的HAMA评分均明显降低,且研究组患者的评分为(14.38±2.21)分,明显低于对照组的(23.31±3.32)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访3个月后,研究组患者的健康教育、镇痛效果、回访方式的满意度分别为92.50%、90.00%、95.00%,明显高于对照组的57.50%、55.00%、62.50%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论信息化出院随访系统在癌痛患者出院和门诊随访中的应用效果显著,能有效提高患者用药依从性,缓解患者的疼痛情况和改善患者的不良情绪,并提高患者的护理满意度。Objective To investigate the application effect of an informationized discharge follow-up system in the discharge and outpatient follow-up of patients with cancer pain.Methods Eighty patients with cancer pain admitted to Heyi Branch,the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a study group and a control group using a random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine discharge education and outpatient follow-up,while those in the study group were given discharge education and outpatient follow-up using an informationized discharge follow-up system on the basis of the control group.All the patients were followed up for 3 months.After follow-up,the medication adherence rate of the two groups of patients was evaluated using the Morisky Medication Adherence Questionnaire score,and the pain relief level of the two groups of patients was evaluated using the Numerical Rating Scale(NRS)score.Before intervention and after a 3-month follow-up,the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)was used to evaluate the psychological status of both groups of patients.After a 3-month follow-up,the nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients(including satisfaction with analgesic effects,health education,and follow-up methods)were compared.Results After a 3-month follow-up,the medication adherence rate and pain relief rate of the study group were 90.00%and 92.50%,respectively,which were significantly higher than 60.00%and 72.50%of the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in HAMA scores between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After a 3-month follow-up,the HAMA scores of both groups of patients significantly decreased,and the score of the study group was(14.38±2.21)points,which was significantly lower than(23.31±3.32)points of the control group(P<0.05).After a 3-month follow-up,the satisfaction rates of health education,analgesic effects,and
