摘 要:针对我国重型破冰船设计建造缺少自主专用规范的问题,采用目标型规范方法制定重型破冰船规范。分析极地环境风险及破冰船特点,总结破冰船目标及功能要求。制定符合破冰船特点的极限状态并以此建立结构强度要求,分析规范冰载荷并采用离散元方法建立破冰船操作场景的冰载荷直接计算,研究破冰船冰阻力并制定主机功率简化计算公式,建立吊舱冰载荷及强度要求。通过规范及相关技术的研究可满足破冰船新颖化、重型化发展需求。In view of the lack of autonomous rules for the design and construction of heavy icebreakers in the future,the goal-based standards methodology is adopted to establish rules for heavy icebreakers.Analyze the risks of the polar environment and the characteristics of the icebreaker,and formulate the objectives and functional requirements of the icebreaker.Development of limit states to match the characteristics of the icebreaker and establishment of structural strength requirements,analysis of the rule ice loads and direct calculation of ice loads using a discrete element approach to build icebreaker operational scenarios,study of ice resistance on icebreakers and development of simplified formulas for calculating horse power,establishment of pod ice loads and strength requirements.Establishment of rules and related technologies can meet the development needs of icebreakers in terms of novelty and heaviness.
