摘 要:文中选取某大型散货船的双层底过渡区节点作为研究对象,提出了基于肘板区域应力分布简化计算模型的疲劳评估方法,对不同肘板类型热点区域的应力分布进行理论推导,设计缩比模型试验,综合试验和有限元分析验证了简化计算模型的有效性.采用D曲线对节点模型进行疲劳评估,对比高周疲劳试验结果,证明了该模型用于船体双层底节点疲劳评估的有效性.A fatigue evaluation method based on a simplified calculation model of stress distribution in elbow plate area was proposed by selecting the joint of double bottom transition zone of a large bulk carrier as the research object.The stress distribution in hot spots of different elbow types was theoretically deduced,and a scaled model test was designed.The effectiveness of the simplified calculation model was verified by comprehensive test and finite element analysis.D curve was used to evaluate the fatigue of the joint model.Compared with the results of high cycle fatigue test,it is proved that the model is effective in fatigue evaluation of double bottom joints of hull.
