摘 要:文中基于沥青三大指标试验确定了Sasobit温拌剂最佳掺量为3%.通过DSR流变试验发现,添加Sasobit温拌剂沥青的复数模量和车辙因子增大,沥青的相位角降低,沥青的高温性能提升.相较于热拌沥青混合料,添加Sasobit温拌剂可降低混合料成型温度18℃,并显著提升混合料的高温抗车辙性能,但对混合料的低温抗开裂性能和水稳定性产生不利影响.结果表明:随加载频率的增大或温度的降低沥青混合料动态模量逐渐增大.中温条件下(15℃、20℃),混合料动态模量主要受沥青胶结料的影响,高温条件下(37℃、54℃),混合料动态模量受矿料骨架作用影响更显著.Based on the test of three indexes of asphalt,the optimum content of Sasobit warm mix agent was determined to be 3%.Through DSR rheological test,it was found that the complex modulus and rutting factor of asphalt with Sasobit warm mix agent increased,the phase angle of asphalt decreased and the high temperature performance of asphalt improved.Compared with hot-mix asphalt mixture,adding Sasobit warm-mix agent can reduce the molding temperature of the mixture by 18℃,and significantly improve the high-temperature rutting resistance of the mixture,but it has adverse effects on the low-temperature cracking resistance and water stability of the mixture.The results show that the dynamic modulus of asphalt mixture increases with the increase of loading frequency or the decrease of temperature.At medium temperature(15℃,20℃),the dynamic modulus of mixture is mainly influenced by asphalt binder.At high temperature(37℃,54℃),the dynamic modulus of the mixture is more significantly affected by the mineral aggregate skeleton.
