摘 要:激光成像雷达是一种处理目标散射光成像的设备,在探测精度上有显著优势,但是分辨率受波束宽度和目标距离限制,因此将其与合成孔径技术相结合,得到合成孔径激光雷达(Synthetic Aperture Li-dar,SAL)。SAL作为一种主动探测雷达,拥有更短的合成孔径时间,且成像分辨率与距离无关,可以进行大面积成像,已经成为国内外的研究热点。除此之外,SAL还具有体积小、重量轻、抗干扰强等特点,因此难以被侦测,具有良好的军用和民用潜质。但是由于激光波长短,必然会引起相位误差以及调制受限等难题,本文主要就相位误差处理、光视场优化和ISAL三方面对近十年SAL的研究发展进行了概述,具体分析了不同方法的原理、所解决的问题以及所遇到的瓶颈,并根据其发展趋势进行了预测和展望。As a device of dealing with target scattered light imaging,Lidar has great advantages in detection accuracy,but the resolution is limited by the beamwidth and target distance.So it is combined with synthetic aperture technology to obtain synthetic aperture Lidar(SAL),which has become a research hotspot at home and abroad.As an active detection radar,SAL has a shorter synthetic aperture time,and the imaging resolution is independent of distance,and can image a large area.In addition,SAL also has the characteristics of small size,light weight,and strong anti-interference,so it is difficult to detect,and has good military and civilian potential.However,due to the short wavelength of the laser,it will inevitably cause problems such as phase error and modulation limitation,so this paper mainly summarizes the research and development of SAL in the past ten years from three aspects:phase error processing,optical field optimization and ISAL,and analyzes the principles,problems and bottlenecks of different methods,and finally makes a reasonable prospect according to their development trends.
