摘　　要：基于优越的自然环境、通达的地理区位和厚重的文化底蕴,苏商在实业救国、改革富国、创新强国的发展过程中形成了特有的文化性格。苏商的成功源于具备厚德载物的大商气度、崇文重教的文化涵养和稳健进取的营商理念等典型的文化性格。Based on superior natural environment,convenient geographical location and rich cultural heritage,Jiangsu merchants formed their unique cultural character in the development process of saving the country by industry,reforming the rich country and innovating the powerful country.The success of Jiangsu merchants originates from the typical cultural characters such as the great commercial demeanor of carrying wealth with virtue,the cultural cultivation of valuing culture and education,and the steady and enterprising business philosophy.
