摘 要:直径3~4 m的小直径TBM长距离隧洞掘进时由于断面狭窄、运距长,渣土及物料多采用单轨轨道运输,利用编组列车水平运输方式。随着洞内运输距离逐渐增加,隧洞内无法错车而编组列车之间只能在洞口道岔上错车,洞内同一时段仅能有1辆编组列车运行,洞内物料运输效率将受到很大的限制,影响TBM的正常掘进。结合南宁抽水蓄能电站自流排水洞洞内移动道岔的成功运用,总结论述长距离小断面TBM隧洞洞内移动道岔施工技术。Due to the narrow cross-section and long transportation distance of small diameter TBM tunnels with a diameter of 3-4 meters,the excavated soil and materials are mostly transported by single track tracks and horizontally transported by grouped trains.As the transportation distance inside the tunnel gradually increases,trains cannot be staggered inside the tunnel,and trains can only be staggered at the entrance switch.Only one train can run in the tunnel at the same time,which will greatly limit the efficiency of material transportation in the tunnel and affect the normal excavation of TBM.Based on the successful application of mobile switches in the self flowing drainage tunnel of Nanning Pumped Storage Power Station,this paper summarizes and discusses the construction technology of mobile switches in long-distance small section TBM tunnels.
