摘　　要：介绍了某铬钼钢设备概况及特点,分析铬钼钢设备制造过程中壳体A、B类焊缝硬度超标的原因,认为是热处理温度和时间控制不当所致,提出了相应的改进措施,并优化了热处理工艺参数。This article introduced the overview and characteristics of chromium molybdenum equipment,analyzed the reasons of excessive hardness of Class A and B welds during the manufacture of the equipment shell,and found that it was caused by improper heat treatment and time control,and then proposed the improvement measures and optimized the process parameters of heat treatment as well.
