新时代中医药高质量发展需紧扣中华性根基

摘　　要：中医药文化与中华优秀传统文化一脉相承,蕴含着“中华性”的文化基因。在历史维度下审视中医药的形成与发展,以“天人合一”为核心的生命认知理念,以“象思维、模糊思维和直觉体悟”为主的身体认知方式,以及以“以平为期、和合致中”为主的健康行为准则,均体现出中华性所蕴含的文化基因,这也是中医药得以遵循其自身发展规律的根基。研究发现,“西医东渐”深刻影响了我国“中华性”的文化认知与历史走向,在一定程度上造成中医药发展的文化质疑与学术迷失。新时代中医药高质量发展需根植于中华优秀传统文化基因,需紧扣中华性内在特质,树立高度的文化自信,构建中医药按自身规律高质量发展的新格局。The culture of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)is in the same lineage as the excellent traditional Chinese culture,and contains the cultural gene of“Chineseness”.Observing the formation and development of TCM from a historical perspective,the concept of life cognition centered on“unity of heaven and man”,the way of body cognition based on“image thinking,fuzzy thinking and intuitive realization”,and the health code of conduct based on“peacefulness and harmony to create a balanced state”all reflect the cultural genes embedded in Chineseness,which is also the foundation of TCM to follow its own developmental rules.The study found that the eastward transmission of Western medicine has profoundly aff ected the cultural cognition and historical direction of“Chineseness”in China,which,to a certain extent,has led to the cultural questioning and academic disorientation in the development of TCM.In the new era,the high-quality development of TCM needs to be rooted in the genes of excellent traditional Chinese culture,and it is necessary to follow the intrinsic qualities of Chineseness closely and to establish a high degree of cultural self-confi dence to build a new pattern for the high-quality development of TCM according to its own principles.
