中医图像身体史研究的回顾及其可能

摘　　要：无论是自然科学领域还是人文领域,对身体的关照和探讨由来已久。同时,图像史学方兴未艾,与身体史相结合,诞生了一个新的研究领域,即图像身体史。中国古典医籍中的身体图像数量众多、内容丰富,在此基础上展开的中医身体图像研究也累积了丰富的经验,并尝试建立起一定的范式。总揽古今,笔者提出未来中医图像身体史研究的三条可行路径:一是身体图像博物志;二是图像证史的图像志释读;三是建立身体的图像学分析。Whether in the fi eld of natural science or humanities,the care and discussion of the body has had a long history.At the same time,the application of images as historical evidence is on the upsurge,combined with the history of the body,giving birth to a new research area,namely the history of the body images.The body images in ancient literature of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)are numerous and diverse in content.Based on this,research on TCM body images has accumulated rich experience and attempted to establish a certain paradigm.Throughout ancient and modern times,the authors propose three feasible paths for further research on the body images of TCM:the natural history of the body images,the uses of images as historical evidence,that is,iconographical description of the body images(图像志释读),and to establish iconological analysis(图像学分析)on the body images.
