摘　　要：文章基于高职会计专业教育滞后于会计行业变革、较难满足会计行业人才需求等问题,厘定面向数字经济时代会计工作场景的人才培养目标,创新基于会计新工作场景和人才培养定位的专业课程体系和实践教学体系,培养适应时代发展需要、契合会计行业转型升级要求的复合型会计人才,进而缓解会计人才市场结构性矛盾。In response to the issue that vocational college accounting education has not kept pace with the changes in the accounting industry and struggles to meet current industry demands,this paper clarifies the training objectives for accounting professionals in the context of the digital economy era.By innovating the professional curriculum system and practical teaching system based on emerging accounting work scenarios and talent cultivation positioning,the aim is to cultivate compound accounting talents who adapt to the development of the times and meet the transformation and upgrading needs of the accounting industry,thereby alleviating the structural contradictions in the accounting talent market.
