摘　　要：目的通过报告1例颅内动脉瘤栓塞后造影剂脑病(contrast induced encephalopathy,CIE)的诊治过程,总结CIE危险因素、病因、诊断及治疗等。方法描述1例具有典型临床特点、预后良好的CIE患者的诊疗方案,检索中国知网、万方数据、pubmed数据库中相关文献,整合相关信息。结果报道病例1例。纳入9篇文献,共13例患者,其中男性1例,女性12例;年龄54-77岁;合并基础疾病11例,无基础疾病2例;均预后良好。结论慢性基础疾病、造影剂类型及用量、手术时长、麻醉方式等均是CIE的危险因素。其临床表现各异,诊断通常为排他性诊断。CIE无特效药物,多数病人经补液扩容、降颅压等对症治疗后预后良好。Objective To report the diagnosis,treatment,analysis of the risk factors and etiology of contrast induced encephalopathy(CIE)after intracranial aneurysm embolization.Methods A case of CIE patient with typical clinical characteristics and good prognosis was reported,and relevant literature in CNKI,Wanfang data and pubmed database were integrated in the report.Results One case was reported.9 articles were included,with a total of 13 similar cases,1 male and 12 females,aging from 54 to 77.11 cases had underlying disease and the other 2 cases did not have any underlying disease.All had good prognosis.Conclusions Chronic underlying disease,contrast agent type and dosage,operation duration and anesthesia method are all risk factors for CIE.Its clinical manifestations vary,and the diagnosis is usually exclusive.CIE has no specific drugs,and most patients have a good prognosis after symptomatic treatment such as fluid expansion and cranial pressure reduction.
